Offhand, does anyone know the thread size and pitch on the OEM UCA ball joints? The take-offs I bought didn't come with the castle nuts. Also, I forgot if the was any seal or washer between the ball joint boot and the knuckle or knuckle and castle nut. I appreciate any help if you can.

Not sure what the thread and pitch size are, but the part number for the OEM nut is 90171-A0001 .. And there isn't any washers that go on between the nut and the knuckle, but does have a cotter pin through the ball joint end and castle nut

It might be worth getting the OEM castle nut, since you never know if the side that seats is specially chamfered, hardened, or something odd like that.

M14x1.5 aka fine thread. Beware if you buy the nut from a commercial hardware store, it will be 22mm wrench size instead of 19mm like the OEM nut.

On my Tacoma, the extra thickness of the spindle gusset plate meant the cotter pin hole is no longer at the correct depth. I've been using nylon locknuts: https://www.ebay.com/itm/152770782560
