I bought my Pacific Blue 4Runner, V8 (I'm actually jealous of myself for having the V8), in 2003, brand new, and it's still going strong! I hope I didn't just jinx myself! It's in great shape. Some dings and scratches, of course, after 20 years, and every few years I have to do a biggish repair, but since I started working from home during the pandemic, I don't drive nearly as much as I used to, so I'm definitely hoping to hit AT LEAST 300,000 miles with it! I love it and want to drive it until it can no longer be duct-taped back together, and I tell it I love it.

Welcome. Wondering what tires you've found work best on your truck and what engine oil are you running ?

My car started its life in Arizona! We've moved a lot, so Alabama, then Mississippi, then Texas, then Oregon, and now Washington, which is where I hope to stay forever.

My tires are Michelin Defenders, which are good bad-weather tires, and they're vegan (I'm vegan). I've had this set since 2018, and they're great. I just tell my mechanic to use synthetic oil, so I'm actually not sure what oil has been used!

    Yes! It's a good start!
