Bash Fabrication OG Eco bumper

Here we have our original prototype Eco bumper up for grabs, it has gotten the upgraded support brackets that catch the side of the frame and the bolt plates I've designed to go over the outside 3 bolts per side. All hardware with the exception of the side bolts are retained from your stock bumper. I will include the two M12 x 1.25 bolts for the side of the frame. Setup for a 20" lightbar. Letting it go for $750 shipped or installed locally and coated which would likely need a little touchup after shipping. Located in Columbia, SC

Long shot, but any chance you a similar design bumper for 3rd gen Tacomas?

Eh that's not that far, I've had rigs dropped off from Atlanta, Alabama area but I feel you. Give me a few days, I might be able to work something up. Would you come up for pickup/install or require me to ship? I have family down in Atlanta and make the trip every so often

Cost dependent honestly. If the freight was somehow less than the fuel for my thirsty truck I’d opt for that route. The taco is my daily so unfortunately I likely won’t be able to drop off for test mule purposes.

Your take on a popular product is super clean. Really dig it!

In the Columbia area, just wondering what the install would look like for this/rough estimate for it.

 

Install for bumper itself is maybe an hour. Can be done without removing the factory bumper cover completely. Cut everything in place, remove factory crash bar and re install bumper.

2 hours if you remove the factory bumper which does makenit easier to get the new bumper.on and install the winch after the bumper is installed so You're not hoisting up both at once. The lightbar can also be installed after the winch is placed

My apologies, the og one sold already. I updated the OP. However I do have a 30" bar version in stock and ready to ship! I'm about to move into a new shop and would rather not move it. Will sell for $850 shipped as is. (No stinger) Can add of course if desired. And if you have tss I'll send a free bracket to relocate it.

 

What's a stinger? The bull bar / hoop?

 

Yup! I can do it however you prefer it.

 

Update. I will have another bumper ready to go that was diy welded by a customer who's going to upgrade to a mid height bumper if anyone is interested. It has stinger and is painted with steel-it, $750 shipped.

 

Would you consider doing a WIY (weld it your self) kit in Aluminum?

 

If I could sell two of them yea I'd be down. I don't typically deal with aluminum as no one usually wants it so I'd like to be able to use up a whole sheet

When I've quoted aluminum in the past it was roughly double the cost of steel. Prob in the $750 range.
