Maybe an LS swap, motor toast
Guys, 2nd post including the hello.

1995 4Runner, 4x4, auto 3ltr V6. Got for son and the windows don't work. I have read a lot in the last few days about this. Some here and other walkthrough articles. Motor is bad, but thats for another thread. (knew when bought) Not sure on a rebuild or LS swap, (not my first)

Seems we have power to the window relay station (right side) and all fuses seem to be fine. Everything works but the windows, locks. Has a "switch doctor" label on the switches, so its been changed, but doesn't mean its good.

So I found a missing relay and replaced, tried the white/blk ground jump and nothing. We did pull a panel to test the motor, and it was fine.

Since it is all the windows and locks, I think it is a single issue. Maybe the intagration relay, but open to ideas.

Anyone? As long as I have power to the relays behind the glove box, that is all right?

Try the little Toggle Switch on the Window Control in the Driver's Door Panel that reads "Window Lock"..

No front windows, no locks, no mirror control. Rear window unknown, controls removed for now.

Is it only the driver side? Or do the windows go down using the switches on another door? I had an issue with my driver side window and whole switch console actually. I ended up pulling it out and cleaning all the contacts of corrosion and carbon. Put some dielectric grease on connections and everything is tip top. But there was a lot of carbon but thats what you expect from a 34 yo car.
