I’m trying to find the right size tire for my 4Runner. I have a 2” rough country leveling kit on the rig but I was wondering if it will still rub? Please help!

BFG KO2 LT275/70R17 on TRD Offroad with stock TRD Offroad wheels at stock height did not rub for me.

Edit - I changed the tire very soon because my wife extremely dislike the ride of Load E tires. I too felt a big difference when I change from 265 Load C to 275 Load E. I got 285/70R17 Load C with 2.5in lift and little trimming on the lower part of the front bumper.

I’m also wondering if I should get 275 or 285. Thanks for your help.

i went with Toyo AT3s 285s and they did rub ever so slightly. No a big deal though plenty of youtube videos on correcting this

you will get three kinds of responses:
    yes they will rub
    no they won't rub
yes they will rub and need bmc

all these responses are correct. Depends on tire, wheel spec. , variances in each vehicle. No one cal tell you with 100% certainty.

You should be fine with 275 KO2s considering you’ve got a 2” lift.
