Can anyone help me? I have a one owner 4r trd pro with less than 25k miles on it, but now have a leaking passenger side rear shock reservoir... is this a replaceable part? Anything I can fix? Or am I looking at replacing the whole assembly? Any ideas would be great!!! Thanks in advance!

Pretty positive with those bilsteins, you’ll have to scrap them and get new ones. I’d change out the other side when you do too, and make sure you get the same valving if you get different ones so you don’t have opposing suspension in the front and rear.

Do they sell Bilstein replacements for the older Pro shocks or does one have to get the closest shock available from Bilstein?

Had the same issue on my 4Runner. Very common with the TRD Pro Bilstein rear shocks (and the Bilstein 5160). Not sure how many miles are on your 4Runner or what year it is, but I was able to warranty mine through Toyota. I can go back to my notes later but I believe I had around 30,000 miles when it was warrantied (mine is a 2018).

Worth a shot then. Looks like you have a NY license plate in your profile pic. Not sure where in NY you are located but I would avoid Hillside Toyota (unless you are willing to put up a fight). They gave me lots of push back to get it changed out and I had to take off work twice just to speak to the manager in person and show the issue.

And my story gets better by the day.....
Any suggestion on front and rear shocks/struts and coils???
Was looking over everything and spotted this- I think somethings missing (right front coil)

I recall seeing another TRD Pro front coil break somewhere on this forum. Not a common occurrence but the salt in NY will do it. It might be covered under warranty also, only one way to find out.
If you are looking to replace completely, you could go with replacement Bilstein TRD Pro components but it might be cheaper to go with Bilstein 6112/5160. The TRD Pro setup is essentially a rebranding of the 6112/5160.
Where in NY are you located?

Well, formerly from NY, now in the great state of Tennessee. The ironic thing is this truck was bought as an investment and barely saw any of the long Island snow nor much rain as it was and still is garage kept. I appreciate the advice on the set up to look into....

Original owner. And what I thought too, but there are no other cut marks and no scoring on any other parts of the coils.

That doesn't look much like a clean cut to me. It looks like a section broke off and is missing, which is really weird.

Has anyone heard of or used a company ShockSurplus.com? Had a good conversation with one of their techs on options for replacements. Just needing a few before pulling the trigger on a whole new suspension system.... the parts from toyota are astronomical! And add their labor costs on top....

I bought a Bilstein set for all four corners year or two ago.

Good price. Got here quick. No problems so I don't know how customer service is.
