I have a 2021 Tacoma off road and now I also have a 23 4runner off road and here is my question
on my 21 the display will stay in a single page from the split screen after you open up the feature you want displayed however on the 23 I can not do this I have tried every setting I can so has anyone found a hack that will allow this? TIA

Mine resets to two windows every time I turn off the truck (or three depending on your own settings). Haven’t figured out a way to get it to stay on a single window upon startup like the Tacoma.

yea my Taco does that also but if you touch one of the 2 screens on the taco at least it stays like that till you turn off ignition, however the 4runner reverts back to split screen after zabout 30 seconds.
l was hoping there might be a sequence of buttons you could push to lock it to your current setting

My 4runner doesn’t revert back. It stays a single window. I’m guessing you should be able to find a setting that will make it do what you want.

Try this: Menu > Setup > General > scroll down to “Auto Change to Screen” and turn that off.
