Since it's already built, I'll just be posting wheeling pics in here when I get a chance.

    Anyway:

    1996 4runner SR5 5VZ 421,000 miles
    3link front and rear
    HP D44 (yeah yeah yeah…)
    Ford 9" rear
    Yukon 5.13's
    ARB's front and rear
    Reid's
Profender resi 12's up front (tuned)
    Profender resi 14's rear (tuned)
    High Angle drivelines + Flanges
    315/75r16 Irok's

Work in progress as any other.

Callen (fawk awph) helped me finish the front crossmember the day before MCR so I could get the front DL in. Finished it at 6pm Sept 12th and I drove it straight to the round up at Rubicon.

Went up to support the Wheelers for the Wounded (formally Caring Vets) run up at High Lakes yesterday. No wheeling, just a fun poker run and raffle. Good people, good times, good cause, and good food.

My friends runner is finally driving!

2000 4runner, 5speed, Supercharged, Ford KP 60/14 bolt, reids, arctic brackets and truss', high angle drivelines, Atlas 4 speed, 14" profenders in the front, 12" profenders in the rear, hydro assist, 5.38's, a shit-ton of metal, ARB's front and rear, 3link/3link, etc, etc, etc.

Came out pretty sick! Still needs some more cutting, air bumps mounted up, some other stuff cut, new bumpers, sliders, etc etc, it's always endless.

Finished the 3/4 ton brake upgrade on Monday.

    I bought a 1975 K20 3/4 ton master cylinder. 1 1/4" bore.
    1/2" fitting for 3/16" hardline
    9/16" fitting for 3/16" hardline

The 2-bolt pattern is slightly wider (about 1/4") than the toyota bolt pattern on the booster, so I wallowed out the mounting holes on the MC to fit the toyota booster.

You'll need to unscrew the push rod from the booster and cut it down to size so it is verrrry close but not touching the MC piston. The piston needs to be able to fully retract back into it's closed position.

    Pretty straight forward job:

    Pull the old master cylinder
Wallow out the mounting holes of the new one
    Unscrew the push rod
    cut the push rod
    Bench bleed MC
Cut and reflare the two brake lines to the master with each fitting on the line
    Plug it in
    Bleed brakes

    Push rod BEFORE

I had cut the threads down, but it's unnecessary. You need to cut the tip.

Cut this almost down to the hex, but make sure you don't cut too much off or you'll need a new push rod.

This is what I ended up with. Note, you need to screw it all the way back in

Do you have any more documentation/writeup of your SAS? I love reading through those builds.

Went out to Calrocs yesterday and watched a ton of buggies compete. Lots of fun. My buddy and I had a vendor booth out there again which was nice.

Fabbed up this cool little tire stand for the event

Bad picture of our friend's truck (the buggy with the MTR stickies). He broke his output shaft and then picked up a sponsorship and the company is buying him a brand new Atlas 4speed.

This is the only pic I could get of this truck. One of the coolest buggies I've ever seen. On rockwells, linked with double bypass', coilovers, ridiculous engine, absolutely insane truck.
