Replace Seat Foam?

    Has anyone replaced their driver seat foam? My 2011 is really worn on the bolster area. Can get an OEM cushion for around $150. Curious how hard it is.

    I haven’t on a 4Runner but I’ve done tons of seat frames, padding, heater elements, motors, etc. it’s pretty simple you just need the right tools. Expect hog rings inside.

    Circling back on this. I ordered the OEM foam. $200 shipped. Has to be someone who has done it. I am just worried about the heated seats.
