I’m sure this subject has been discussed before but I’m looking for a plug n play LED headlight conversion for the wife’s 2020 TRD Pro.

I’m not familiar with this subject but I believe I seen 21’s have LEDs on all or certain models. Will those fit the 2020? Can I just call my local dealership and order a set from them? Thanks gang!

You would need the whole headlamp assembly to use the OEM LED headlights because they are not removable. There's plenty of aftermarket LED kits out there. Lasfit, VLED, Xenondepot... or you can run the OEM LED assembly with a conversion harness. Lastly there's aftermarket headlights from Alpharex and Morimoto. Of course there's more brands of everything that I listed.

You can call your dealership and have them order the LEDs for you and then FBC can supply a harness

You’ll need the entire headlamp assembly from a 2021 with led low beams and halogen high beams. The plug swap is super easy to do. The hardest part is taking the front bumper off.

The above thread is a real good thread to read and gain knowledge.

I was thinking to change to **2021 TRD ORP LED headlight housing**, but after upgrading to good LED bulbs like Lasfit and changing halogen fogs to OEM like LED fogs now I think I'm pretty much done with my 2019 4Runner Limited headlight upgrade. But definitely read the above thread.

Now I'm only waiting for an easy way to trigger my auxiliary lights on my TRD Pro Bi-LED Highbeams. Easy way without removing bumper and headlight.

** The reason I said 2021 TRD ORP LED headlight housing is, its reflector is designed for highbeam. When I put a regular LED on my Bi-LED TRD Pro housing it did not give me a good highbeam light pattern. Maybe I did something wrong, not an expert on this.

Have been happy with my Lasfit LED headlights in my 2020 Pro. Had to adjust the headlights down after installation but, that was it.

Installed Sylvania Zevo led plug and play high and low beam bulbs to replace halogen bulbs, guaranteed for 5 years at about $175 for both sets. Zevo low beam brightness seems better than Sylvania Silverstar Ultra halogens which used to be a favorite for long distance night driving, Zevo high beams are crazy bright and the set color match oem led fog lights.

As others have stated, the 21+ LED headlights will fit your 2020, but you'll have to swap the connectors from the wiring harness on your halogen housing. Its very simple, I did it on my 2020. If you go this route I would recommend the LED low beams with halogen high beam headlights as the bi-led high beams aren't that great IMO.

If you're interested in going this route, let me know. I'm looking to sell my LED headlights.

OEM part numbers (LED low beam, halogen high beam):
    81140-35610
    81070-35600
