I’m not near my truck today. Is there 1 usb port in the front adjacent to the 12 volt (lighter) receptacle? Is it also a media input port? I have already seen the 2 usb ports on back of console for rear seats. And the 12 volt receptacle in the cargo area adjacent to the AC outlet. Just wondering what is the best way to charge a phone in front. Also is there a wireless charger in the ORP? Thansk

The front one is the media port. Your phone will charge slowly with it. There's no wireless chargers in the Runner.

If you need faster charging you can have the dealer replace the 12 volt port with more USBs for a charge of course.

Thanks. I have a lighter -adapter usb charger I can plug into the power outlet on dash. It has 2 usb ports. The 12 volt outlet is good for 10 amps so you could charge 2 phones.

Does the Apple Car play feature come with a media input cord (lightening plug to USB)? My son just bought a Tacoma and it came with that standard?

your everyday USB-A to lightning cable will work. There aren't any special carplay conditions for an iPhone cable.

No it doesn’t come with the cord. As Jet said above… you just use a standard USB to lightning cable. Your son probably already has one if he has any apple devices.

It might have come with it, but I’m sure yota made good money on it. My 22 runner didn’t come with a cord, just use your normal one.
