23 ORP High Performance Fog Lights

Okay, I'm not great at spot the difference games and haven't picked up our new 4runner yet. One of the add-ons is high performance fog lights in chrome. I have attempted to try and look up the difference between what would come standard on the ORP without this add-on and what this add on would look like in black vs chrome. Does anyone have actual pictures that can show the differences? The links to buy the upgraded high performance ones on Toyota's website look the same to me whether you choose black or chrome‍♀️

 

Welcome. Sounds like the only difference is chrome vs black. Someone with these on their 4Runner may be able to chime in.

 

I wouldn't even bother with Toyota's website. The dealer gets what it gets. You don't really get to "order" 4runners.

You're most likely going to swap them out for Diode Dynamics or Morimotos anyways if you really wanted performance.

Right, I know performance-wise they are the same and the color is the only difference, I'm just not seeing where there is a difference in color between the two on Toyota's website. They look EXACTLY the same to me and I'm curious what the stock fog lights look like.

Right, we aren't ordering anything. We're just getting the next white one that came in, it just came with this particular 'add-on' and I was curious what the difference was just for curiosity's sake‍♀️

 

Sounds like they are the LED fogs from the Limited but I thought they were all LED now. I bought the better LED fogs for my 19 Runner.

 

I bought this from Amazon and looks same as my TRD Pro Fog lights. I bought the chrome one as I wasn't sure if the black one has the darker lens reducing the light output.
