Rust where sliders cover frame?

    Anyone have rust on the frame where sliders cover the frame?

    did you use fluid film, surface shield , etc?

    Tinted fronts, blacked out overlays.
    I used a light coat of Marine grade grease on the frame before installing the Sliders.

    I used woolwax liberally before I mounted mine. Their coming off this summer to get refinished. I sure hope it kept rust off the frame! I’ll post results if I remember
