Specific Roof Rack suggestions

I have a 2021 4Runner Nightshade (Limited). I'm looking for a roof rack that is long enough to go front to rear but allows the moonroof to tilt open. I need flat slats that are strong enough to carry a couple of hundred pounds of either equipment, or me just laying up there at night (I am NOT looking for a top-tent). Having a rail that runs around it on 3 sides (rear, left, and right) would be great to reinforce the protection of gear sliding off should tie downs work themselves a little loose (I'm just being paranoid here . . . but better safe than sorry. A rack that comes with a ladder in the kit would be optimal. Don't really need (or want) lights on the front.

Summary of what I'm looking for:
1) Full roof length, sitting high enough for the moonroof to tilt open; strong enough to support a couple of hundred pounds distributed across it.
2) Flat slats (even a full-length metal mesh) running left to right the full length of the rack
3) If needed for installation, cross bars; though I can get those on my own too)
4) Raised rail going around back and sides. Ability to either remove or swing open rear rail for loading gear would be a plus
5) Ladder included is best, but I can get one separately

Any specific brand suggestions, or a general rack type to search (like a "flat rack" . . .I don't know if there's a term for the kit I'm looking for) would be much appreciated. If there are "stay away from . . . " suggestions, I'd appreciate these as well--not for unnecessary bashing of a product, but for reasons like the rails come loose, or the capacity is not as stated, etc.

Sounds like you should look into Gobi racks! I don’t personally have one, but have heard nothing but good things.

 

I like it, but would not want the cutout . . . I'd prefer to just have the moon/sunroof have enough room to lift up under the rack--if I'm laying up there, I believe I'd need more length than the baja would provide--how long is the area behind the cutout on yours?

 

5 feet of mesh. The rack sits 3" above roof so the sunroof should tilt open. I didn't want the rack over sunroof when fully open.
