The version 4 is stuck on 'connecting'. Has anyone had issues and know a work around? Thanks.

Mine arrives today. Neighbor said he has to unplug and replug sometimes. General Bluetooth issues … try removing/forgetting from your phone and repair from the beginning. I’ll report back if I have any issues.

Realized mine was third gen, not fourth. Reviews on Amazon show others reporting similar issues getting/maintaining connectivity. Check for a firmware update?

Thanks for replying! How has your third gen worked? Wait, there were bad reviews for connectivity with the 4th gen? Damn it! Just my luck. I have been sending the company logs and stuff hoping there is a solution but I don't think there will be one.

I upgraded firmware on my third gen and it stopped working, but rolled back and it worked. Maybe there’s an upgrade for fourth gen that will bring it back. In your car, go to 192.168.50.2 and check for upgrades there.

Thanks. I have been using the url but no updates. After reading your post I went and tried to roll it back and no joy. I think I have another issue altogether or its the version 4 that just sucks. I sent the company a log of my issue and are hoping they can send me an update to make it work. I also ordered a version 3 hoping it will work like yours did.
Heads up on updating (sorry, too late) but I think that might be what fried the version 1 that I had, that worked.

Yup I have v3. (I never tried/ordered v4) Haven’t checked for another firmware update yet to see if there’s a new-new one that will actually work for me.
