Hi everyone, I kind of know I'm getting into some tedious work, but I don't like the tan interior and if I can, I would like blue or black interior.

I've seen pieces here and there available in either color, which is promising. I'm hoping someone knows of a good source where interior parts (console, door panels, seats, carpet pieces, rear panels, etc) can be found that are definitely 2nd gen parts. I've done some hunting, and I come up short on certain kinds of interior pieces.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!

Soooo hate to be the bearer of bad news but these trucks never came with black interior. Anything you’ve seen was aftermarket

blue was a factory color and can be found, buuuut its the second most rare and hard to find interior color.

Your best bet is to switch it put for one of the gray interiors as it is fairly common

I don't mind aftermarket. My goal is more to have parts correctly fitting when installed. I'm still having trouble finding solid sources from which to get the parts.

My first 4Runner was navy blue with blue interior. I wish I still had it.

The goat (and even rarer) version of that interior. The blue on blue was great. The only interior like it was the super rare red on red but that one looked kind of cheesy. I’m not surprised they didn’t make that many of them
