I have a shop getting ready to do the following suspension upgrade on my 4R TRD ORP. This is going to be a Bilstein 6112/5100 setup with 285/70/17 KO2s. My only concern is making sure the 4R's lift looks correct. I am going for something with a slight forward rake after the suspension/lift work. I trust my shop, but there are a lot of variables and what might look good to one person might not look good to me. Here is some background information, and please chime in with any recommendations.

    - 2023 TRD Off Road Premium (Midnight Black) (Non KDSS)
    - No added weight of metal bumper, winch, sliders or roof rack at this time
    - 17" TRD Pro Wheels (Shop assures me 285's will be fine)
    - KO2s in 285/70/17 replacing the 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers
    - Front: installing Bilstein 6112 kit part #47-310025
    - Front: installing SPC Upper Control Arms to replace the OEM UCAs
    - Rear: installing Bilstein 5100 shocks part#33-313146
    - Rear: installing Bilstein B12 Springs (Standard Load) part #36-281824

My shop is very experienced with Toyota suspensions. An initial email from them says the front will be a 2.1 lift. My concern here is that when reading the mounting instructions for the Bilstein 6112 kit, there is a chart that shows "typical lift heights" and circlip locations for this system. For a non-KDSS 4R 4x4 (like my TRD ORP), there is no "typical lift height" of 2.1" listed on the chart for the various circlip locations. However, the chart does show 2.1" of lift for a 4R TRD Pro when the #9/#6 circlip locations are selected. I wonder if my shop has the 4R models mixed up. The parts are on order, so the work has not begun, and I will address this with them.

FOR NOW, IF THERE ARE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON WHICH CIRCLIP LOCATIONS TO CHOOSE WITH THE 6112 KIT TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF "ALMOST LEVEL BUT A SLIGHT FORWARD RAKE" PLEASE LET ME KNOW ALONG WITH ANY OTHER THOUGHTS ON THIS SETUP.

Here is what she looks like right now. I will post the "after" photos once the work is done.

Additional Info for Above Question: Here are the factory ride height measurements:

MEASURED FROM CENTER OF HUB TO FENDER:
    Driver Front: 20 2/16"
    Passenger Front: 20 2/16"
    Driver Rear: 22 4/16"
    Passenger Rear: 22 8/16"

    MEASURED FROM GROUND TO FENDER:
    Driver Front: 34 9/16"
    Passenger Front: 34 8/16"
    Driver Rear: 36 10/16"
    Passenger Rear: 37 2/16"

*** Any way you look at it, it appears I have a front factory rake of around 2 1/8" which seems a little more than what I thought it would be; also, there appears to be almost no "driver side lean". I took measurements on my driveway which is decently level but not perfect.

I think your peeps are giving you the wrong info if you don't have a Pro.

    See the link: https://productdesk.cart.bilsteinus.com//media/products/bilstein/E4-WM5-Y691A00_2.pdf

Also, the 5160's pair better with the 6112's because of valving.
