2023 4runner limited cold start noise from behind glove box

    Every morning when cold start. Noise comes out but after vehicle run for like..5 minute
    Then noise gone… any advice?

    The secondary air injection has a little blower that blows for about 15-30 seconds, then it spools down like a jet engine sound.

    radiatior fan is a lot louder than other cars because it’s an old school clutch controlled fan. The fan is at high speed for maybe 15-30 sec.

    Cant think of anything normal that makes noise for 5 min then stops

    Oh yeah, that definitely sounds like crap.

    Does the noise change when you change the vent fan speed? Sounds like something is stuck inside the squirrel cage fan…maybe.

    BudBuilt Skids/Sliders/Hidden Winch, Cornfed 2/1 XREAS lift, Custom Fab Rear Bumper
    The Cabin Air Filter is in the GloveBox maybe something in there is rattling. Maybe a coin or something got into that door.
    Its a 2023, I'd say have the dealer check it and resolve it. You have good video evidence of something that sounds not at all normal, and not like the other " secondary air injection" sound that we all hear.
