Anyone with and aftermarket intake, willing to sell the bottom part of the OEM Air box

As the tittle says, if there´s anyone with a TRD or aftermarket intake, willing to sell the bottom part of the OEM Air box. It would be great if the bottom box is in like new condition. If someone is interested please send me a picture and selling price.

I accidentally bought everything but this piece on eBay when I went back to OEM and couldn’t find this part. A whole intake was selling for $450 on eBay and I sold my crap for $125

I´m looking for the stock bottom part. As far as I know the bottom TRD won´t fit the stock upper. I´m just asking if by any chance someone has a stock intake lying around.
For the price the stock sells I´m better off just getting the TRD.

 

Oh yeah the Stock bottom are you ready for this? they are $174 Each the Part number is 17701-0P140 from Bam Whole Sale, I don't have any left as of right now because a local Body shop has brought the 3 full units that I had.

Long story short, I noticed that my stock air box has a mayor restriction on the tube going to the fender. I mean I don´t even know how the truck even breaths. I´m located overseas and maybe the intake here is different and the one you get in the USA is less restrictive. I´ll take a picture later so you know what I mean.

In the future I think I´ll just get the TRD intake.

Is it confirmed that the TRD Intake box takes the stock filter dimension?
I could get the TRD by parts and save money then try it with the paper filter, then get a aFe filter of my choice. In the past the TRD filters were made by aFe, can´t confirm now thou.

 

I tried to fit the TRD air filter into the TRD intake box, it will not close and I was not able to clip it down. I ended up getting the K&N washable filter. K&N filter fitted better and I was able to clip it down.

 

The Rubber Sealing area is just a little wider we have been just trimming it on the sides to remove the excess material and it still seals very good with no issues, Just Keep in Mind with the K&N filter when you reoil it just use a fine mist on the top side only and let it soak in for 30 minutes or more before driving it.

I have had to remove MAF sensors and Clean them from People over oiling or oiling both sides of the filter so get a can of good quality Electrical contact cleaner and keep it handy only spray the MAF thermostatic bulb to clean do not touch it with anything else because they do break kinda easy.

 

I been using the WIX air filter Part Number - 49350 this is not a High Flow filter and keep in mind the "High" flow Air Filters are Fair for winter time when the is very low dust but if you do any off road or deal with areas of High Dust not so good Remember it is Your Engine it is better to get something that really protects it then to wear that engine out prematurely.
