Yeah I do. Cool, I'll do that too. They said it was like "5-10 dollars" or something. IDK.

I Don't know if I want the 700 LB springs. I don't wanna be cranked to high hell when I get the bumper, but I also want 200+ dollars to spend on a nav radio

Awesome, you'll enjoy that extra 10 nanometers of down travel.

Which bumper? The only bumper I'd run with 650# coils is the Demello. The Shrockworks is pretty beefy and heavy so you may sag a bit.

    one would really hope so.

You wouldnt have to buy new couches if you'd stop buying car parts and leaving them in the apt. ;)

Me:My item came damaged. I would like a replacement but I the item description syas it is available for prime, but not for 1-2 months. I need it ASAP.
Pouhiam:Hello, my name is Pouhiam. I'll be happy to help you.
I'm very sorry that you have received a damaged item. Let me check the order details. Please help me with the order number.
    Me:ORDER #
    113-5868511-1495438
That contains 2 items, one arrived OK and one is unable to be used because it is damaged.
    Pouhiam:Thanks for the order number.
Are you referring to Raybestos 507-1725 Professional Grade Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly
    ASIN: B00B8KGN8E and
Raybestos 507-1724 Professional Grade Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly
    ASIN: B00B8KGN8O ?
Me:Yes, but only one of them. Raybestos 507-1724 came damaged
    Pouhiam:Okay
In this case, I'll send a replacement item or issue a refund.
Please let me know your preference.
Me:Right I said this before. I want a replacement, but when will it ship? it says it is available for prime but underneath it says "Item usually ships in 1-2 months"
which is it? prime or not prime?
Pouhiam:Alright, I'll process the replacement order.
    Please hold on.
    Thanks for waiting, Zachary
I've now processed the replacement order.
    Order ID: 115-7946082-9799430
    Me:Wait!
I said not to do that!
I asked a question, did you read what I wrote?
I dont want a replacement unless it ships out within th enext two days
Pouhiam:You'll get the order by Estimated Delivery Date: Wednesday, June 4, 2014 - Monday, July 7, 2014
    Me:Yes that is NOT OK!
I don't need it at that point
Im going to order the item from somewhere with respectable customer service and shipping times
Do I need to return the damaged item?
Pouhiam:Our shipping estimates take into account the time it takes to receive the item from our suppliers, pack it, and prepare it for shipment.
if you cannot wait for the delivery date then I'll cancel the replacement order.
    Me:Answer my questions?
would I have to return the dmaged item?
it says that is available for prime
    and I have prime
so I want my 2 days shipping
Pouhiam:Yes you need to return the damaged item.
I'll arrange a return label for you.
    Me:NO!
Can you read what I am taking the time to type for you over and over again?
is the item available for prime shipping or not?
Amazon is clearly going to lose my business after this.
Can I speak to your supervisor?
    Hello?

    Thanks for nothing, Pouhiam

I've only ever had a problem with Amazon twice. Once was when I ordered something and something totally different was in the box. Had the return order printed and sent out the next day. The other time was with one of their marketplace sellers so its not really under their control.

    Anyways, special delivery

15 pages on T4R? That must have taken at least an hour to load.

    What are you looking for?

ive had 5 orders not show up on time. Claimed they lost me business (detail products i ordered). I asked if they would even consider buying from a place that has let them down 5 times again. They agreed. Paid for my year of prime as an "im sorry" then went on to give me a $200 gift certificate for Amazon as a way to make it up to me. Then also refunded my purchase.
