Interested in any reliable news on 2018 4runner redesign. Engine? Staying body on frame? The usual questions everyone is asking.

    Thanks

The fact of the matter is that there is no reliable info on the 2018 4R yet. Any info you hear right now is just speculation.

'18 will be a carryover (shows in dealers ordering system). Best case scenario is a 6gen for '19.

As of last Wednesday, July 12th, the dealer I called did not have any info or ability to place an order on a 2018. I'm on their call list when something is available. They have alot of people waiting for news.

looks like 2019 will be the change year on T4R.... speculation of car reports ...

the new US federal administration has backed off on the mileage standards ETC..

if Toyota does go to the 3.5L V6 on 2019 T4R that would not be a good set up also the uni-body construction ..

Installed Rago brackets and 4" cube ditch lights. Weather tech mats. Cargo net. Cargo mat. Ordered Gobi rack with ladder.
Yay, I like this new Administration. Less regs, more jobs.
