Decided to replace the fog light bulbs on my 2023. Pulled the fender and the plug, but could not turn the bulb. I guess they changed the design? Was trying to go the cheap route, but looks like I'll need a full replacement. Curious if anyone knows if this is due to the trim package or if this is part of the 2023 design?

The reason you can't remove the bulb is that there isn't one. You have factory LED fogs - which are actually pretty good. The individual LED (diodes) are built into the unit and not replaceable. If you want to upgrade the fogs, you need to replace the entire unit. Here's a thread on what works and what doesn't:

I like the idea of more light. There's a connector for sale that lets you turn on all the lights highs, lows, and fog all at the same time. I don't know what it's called or if it works with 2020+ models, but I'm curious if it does.

Which aftermarket Fog bulb would be superior to the Built-in LEDs.
I can understand with the older T4R with halogen fog bulbs.
Am quite happy with the factory fog LEDs on the 2022.
    Just curious.

Just be careful with something like that. There's a reason your factory fogs go out when you hit your high beams. Too much foreground light (exactly what fogs produce) tricks your pupils into constricting because they sense too much light. This is great for low-speed driving, but exactly the opposite of what you want to happen for longer higher speed driving where you want to be able to see farther down the road. This leads to what is sometimes called "over-driving your headlights."

That depends on what bulbs came in the lights in the first place. I will say that generally speaking, I am not a fan of aftermarket "drop in" LED bulbs - particularly in fog applications.
