Not the smaller "Lo Pro" models but the full, big loop ones? Steel probably. Some said its fine, others said I am in for some sagging. Help! Love you.

    Something like this.

It's going to sag. You can probably switch the springs out for something with a higher rate.

Find someone that weights 200-ish lbs. Have them push down on the front. That will give you a good idea of what will happen.

Thank you both. I guess I can't do it. I guess going aluminum won't make much of a difference? Argh. Before the Runner all SUVs I had got front end bars and never had an issue. Booo!

It will sag, mine sagged with a lo-pro model, but you might want to look into these Toytec coils. I ended up not installing them because I was afraid the truck might be over sprung. But this set of coils could work well with a full bumper.

I went with Eibach full lift kit set on the 2020 TRD Pro and 1 year latter for me it is still the best choice for the Pro suspension and is not over sprung little bit stiffer ride yes however it handle good on road and the trails.

Has anyone installed the heavy duty springs from Toyotech for a Pro? I installed an ARB bumper and need them.

Keep in mind dampers are meant to be matched to the spring weights. Most people add heavier springs, smart people revalve the shocks when doing so.

Hey! Thanks! I have never heard of them, will do some searching. Thank you!

Thanks for the link! I like Eibach. Used them plenty in the past for lowering, never lifting. Its a name I believe in. Do you have a full bumper? How much of a lift is it giving you?

No I have not installed full bumper on my personal rig yet and I do not plan for a steel full bumper I am going to install Aluminum one from Green lane off road, The Spring Set lifted the front 1.6 inches and the Rear 1 inches. https://greenlaneoffroad.com/14-4runner/4runner-stump-front-bumper

I had a person hang on the front of my 4Runner to get an Idea what 180 or so pounds would do and could hardly see any drop to measure if any, the Bumper is 43Lbs (30Lbs more than the stock unit) and the winch is 59Lbs so I Don't see any real issues for my plan.

I had TRD Pro fox suspension, Added cbi covert bumper with warn winch and rci sliders. Front sagged, I down graded comfort when going with OME but everything is level now corning is better, nose dive reduced.
