FYI - Yesterday this company came out with the new Vortex V2 tire deflator replacing their old model. They have been sold out for many months and now have the V2 on sale until the end of December. Solid tire deflators if you are looking for something of quality.

Please excuse my amateur ness, I wonder if the tire deflator a big thing to save time?
May be because I'm running relatively smaller / common 285s using this cheap tire pressure gauge at an angle to deflate faster (using the reset button will take lot of time) then check psi.

Some of those automatic ones are pretty nice. I think it's more about the convenience.

I have the kind that removes the valve core, which is probably only faster if you're dropping a lot of pressure. I usually run at 35 on the street and 12-20 off-road, depending on the situation, so I think it's worth it.

Found this sweet old pic my buddy's kiddo using my tire pressure gauge airing down. If I can remember correctly we were dropping to 15ish psi. :):)

These are very accurate once you set them and super high quality with a lifetime guarantee. For me I don't want others waiting on me and I can help out others in the group as well.

The thing I don't like about those types of deflators is that I will run different pressure and different situations. I would need like four sets of them for it to be worthwhile.
