We have a 16 GX and a 17 4Runner. The GX is great. V8 makes up for the weight. Always laugh when I look down at the console and see a Downhill Assist Control and a 4Lo toggle in a luxury vehicle.

Victory has done a good job on previos GX’s addressing the stock plastic cow-catcher. I’d say their strike bumper looks absolutely great:

However, Lexus has really doubled down on the cow-catcher look over the years. Every model year, it seems to be wider, lower, and more brittle-looking than before…so Im not sure if victory’s solution applies to the more current models.

Here a closer look. Not bad on the clearance though.

My 2019 SR5 4Runner will do 70-80 all day long (literally) =we don't tow but will do high elevation in the snow sometimes and FS roads. The V6 does all I want it to! Handles 10-11 deg F at home or 116 F in the desert.

Luxurious enough for us and we don't need more. Is the "poofy stuff" worth the extra money to you??
