My son is looking to add a roof rack to his 2015 4Runner SR5, any recommendations for an affordable rack?

What is he going to sue the rack for? Budget? Full, 3/4, 1/2 size?

Really only for looks. Budget $200-300 if I can get something good

You wont fine anything under $5-600. DO NOT buy any of the budget crap off of FleaBay or Amazon. Coatings on the cheap stuff is terrible. You'll have rust quickly now matter where you live.

I have the Yakima Megawarrior, and it's decent. But, it's $455. And, reduces my fuel economy by around 10%.

The Rolla basket is a semi-popular budget option, but I believe it will rust if not cared for. OTOH, so will the expensive ones.

Make sure to get one with a wind fairing of some sort.

There are usually PRO takeoffs for sale here, and you could look on Facebook marketplace as mentioned above. Also, some trims came with a Megawarrior basket, and I'm sure some people are selling those as well.
