Maybe this will help at least get a search narrowed down.

Thank you, but These are in the frame, not the floor/body. Found some part numbers, but didn't come up when i searched them on the yota parts site.

The frame plugs are almost impossible to remove intact, I need replacements for the front where I had to remove them to insert backing nuts for mounting the remote shock reservoirs.

I reinstalled the running board mounting hardware so I would not have a holes in the body.

Most broke when i was doing inner frame rust prevention. Plastic was very brittle. Would be nice to find a replacement in rubber.

It doesn’t appear that they are. The smaller #1 plug at the base is 21.85 x 16.65 with an overall height of 15.15 mm and the larger #19 plug at the base is 26.65 x 19.70 with an overall height of 16.75 mm.

Thanks for the reply, that helps.mc george parts department just got back with me and sent me 3 diagrams. Unfortunately the numbers on the plugs can't be matched up with part numbers. By Your measurement it seems like the correct part number would be 90950-01959 its just off .5 Take a look and let me know what you think

this is the rest up the plug frame and body plug layout. Maybe this will help someone. I'm just trying to identify plugs. Seems like measuring is the only way and that first file in my previous post has all the measurements

I busted most of mine putting sliders on and preparing for rust preventative treatment too.

I actually had the thought that rather than trying to find an order all these plugs individually, just buy a roll of magnet material (there may be a specific term for it, but I'm thinking the thin flexible stuff that refrigerator magnets are made from) Just cut it to fit and just slap magnets over it.

They would also be easy to pull on and off when you want to shoot some more fluid film or whatever into the frame.

not sure, but after looking at the diagrams and comparing the sizes, part number 909950-01959 doesn’t look to be correct.

keep an eye one this thread:

    # 19 is part number 90950-01a09 and according to this toyota diagram it's 34.3mm width and 14 mm in height from the base of the plug to the bottom lip of the plug. Here's the diagram. If you take a look at the diagram you can see how toyota measures the plug. It looks like toyota is using the measurement from the widest point of the plastic that snaps into the hole opening and not the base of the plug. Does that make sense? If so could you grab another measurement of the number 1 plug. Thanks either way!

Yeah. I had two of them on the driver side frame above the rear wheel overlapping each other. I didn't remove them because I seen no way to get them back on. Appeared to be adhesive holding them on when I started to remove them so I stopped and just accessed that area through a different plug, they'll probably come off over time anyways due to the woolwax
