    Hey guys,

I have a 2015 SR5 P, 147k miles. No electrical mods, regular halogen bulbs, etc. I noticed both my fog lights were out. The steering column fog light switch seems to be in working order, I get the green fog light illumination in the dash as usual.

I replaced both bulbs with OEM Toyotas. Replaced fuse as well (wasn't blown but replaced anyway). There is NO fog light relay for this year model either. I am stumped.

I have no idea what would cause both to go out. The most recent maintenance I performed was replacing the battery with an interstate battery AGM, but that was back in July.

In your cabin fuse box (driver side under dash) check these two fuses:
    FOG FR (15A)
    TAIL (10A)
They are involved in the operation of the FR FOG Relay which supplies power to both fog lights.

DUDE! Thank you. 10A fuse was totally missing in the tail position!
