since my issue with my stomach and red bull i have to pretty much eat by a certain time and certain things or its bad news at night. I've learned to work around it and it ended up being better for my life in the long run but it did suck until i got it figured out and body healed.

If you drink any form of energy drink besides coffee i highly recommend stopping.

I drank ONE (1) Red Bull a day for a few years and it eventually wore away my stomach lining and gave me an incredible amount of acid. I couldnt eat anything without either throwing it up or it wouldnt stay in my system. Had to go on a fruit smoothie concoction regime that i drank every morning and took fiber to fix my stomach overtime. I still drink it now because it gives me my vitamins and proper vegetables for daily life. I couldnt sleep for months on end, couldnt lay down without feeling nauseous. It was a horrible 6 months.

i take two prilosec a day right before dinner. I could probably do without them now but its a mind over matter type thing. I rarely drink now, when i do its usually one or two and im done just because i dont want to risk anything. I cant eat anything spicy or anything like that. Its definitely changed my life. I cant tell enough people to stop drinking energy drinks.

Damn. Yeah, I can't say I've kicked the booze or spicy food but I definitely drink less than I did the last few years of college. but mexican food and beer are my vices.
