I'd hope you wouldn't put a wench on it, she might get upset.

Kind of vague too. What do you mean too heavy?

You looking for an aftermarket bumper? Or replacing it for another stock style one?

If aftermarket, 95% of them are steel so they'll all be heavier than stock. The remaining few can be had in aluminum but variety is limited.

Aftermarket. I gotta drop it off Tuesday for parts ordering I would rather put a “bolt” on aftermarket bumper with the turn signals.12402F9F-0D0B-4E4B-824D-9AF157FC199B.jpg

I mean, not to come off abrasive but spoon feeding information can be rather off-putting.

Just use the google search bar and you'll find plenty of vendors selling aftermarket front bumpers; they're still around.

Style is personal preference and one bumper that might look good to me, may look atrocious to you.

Well it’s 100 pounds so just like someone riding in the passenger seat I guess. If I can get it paid/installed instead of factory I will get it.

Crumple zone is nice on the factory set-up though. To soften the crash especially towing.

Here’s what happened. The guy missed the left turn lanes so he had the bright idea of trying to make the turn from the outside lane. Exactly the moment I was creeping through a green light.3B5A7CE4-5D34-4EF5-982D-831058EBA8C6.jpg

Looks like I still have a full window washer reservoir. If I had my bigger stock size tires on I may not have made it home do to tire/bumper contact. Then I would of needed two tow trucks.

Well they are working on a price to paint the hood. And I’m trying to weasel a new grill out of them. I think it’s damaged.

Bad news. I broke off a bolt in my custom bull bar can’t remount. So I’m just gonna use the mounting brackets for fog lights.

It's maybe some 6 bolts to remove, 5 minute job.

For them to break the damage would've been worse. I bet your bracket is bent or something.

Well I haven’t heard back about a price for the hood. Wonder how much the paint is? Maybe they should pull dents and paint the whole thing?

By now they have seen I stripped out the frame bolt mounting my bull bar with the neighbors impact gun. Stuck a wire in the hole and snugged it down.
