How's Dobinsons Twin Tube Nitro Lift Kit for a 2022 TRD Off Road Premium?

Hello all, Newbie here from Dallas, TX. I just got my 2022 TRD Off Road Pro Premium, in July, and so far I have installed
1. Rock sliders,
2. Prinsu roof rack with Cali Raised dual function light bar,
3. Cali Raised molle panels with upper and lower shelves,
4. TRP Pro grille with the raptor lights.
5. Cali Raised 8 gang switch panel to control the lights

I have a Cali Raised front bumper on order and am thinking of putting on the lift kit along with the bumper. I am looking at the Dobinsons twin tube nitro lift kit and would like to see if any one here has this on their rig. What's your opinion/review of this particular Dobinson lift kit?

Does the upper cali raised shelf bow down in the middle at all? Does it stay *completely* flat and level when loaded? I’d like to get the rear window mollies + upper shelf, but it would drive me nuts if it bowed in the middle.

Im interested in part number Gs59-574 extended travel struts and Gs59-705 rear struts.

Anyone running these with factory coils? I'm curious of ride quality and if there's an actual benefit from using extended travel struts on oem coils?

Twin tubes have been treating me well. I don't hammer on my stuff, but they've been performing well on the off-road treks I've experienced.

 

Do you just have their struts? or struts/coils? Extended travel?

 

There is no "bowing" or any sort of movement. The shelf is very firm and the middle shelf is rated to support 100LBs. In fact there is a Cali Raised video of the installed product review by Blake that used my 4Runner! I am so humbled! LOL

I am working with Oscar Flores of "The Tread Depot" for the parts and the installation! Thank you for the suggestion though!

 

My entire suspension is theirs. Not extended travel, though. Only a 2.5/1.5 lift. If I did a 3” with diff drop maybe, but not needed for my setup.

 

I am planning for a 3" front lift and 2" rear lift. Would that need a diff drop?

 

I think that @Crikeymike might tell you it’s optional at that height. Hopefully he’ll weigh in here.
