I swapped out my 3.4 for a 4.7 v8 only issue Is behind the glove box on my runner there are 3 plugs on the 4.7 engine harness it’s one plug. All of the security wires are in this plug. Is there an adapter that can be bought to remedy this. Thanks.

I'm a little surprised that's the only issue. Your best bet might be to look at schematics for both vehicles, and hook things up directly. :notsure:

You would think with so many people doing this swap they would have come out with some adapters. I could pull all the wires out of the three plugs and put them into one. But don’t want to lock the ecm.

I honestly don't think it's that common of a swap. I'd bet there are as many Chevy V8's getting swapped into older Toyotas as there are Toyota V8's. Possibly more, due to better aftermarket support for small-block and LS engines.
