    Hello All,

I'm here to piss all of you Pro owners off and all the others who hate the "Faux Pro Grill". I've looked at a bunch of random threads for these, but I'd like to know which fake one is truly the best. Where did you buy it from? How does it actually look without modifying it?

    Thanks all!

I went with the TSO white grill and plasti dipped the letters black. The white plastic seems to be a thinner plastic.

    bone stock for now
Taco Vinyl is the one I am going to buy. I like the no letter thing. I am also lucky because they are in my home town.

    Nice! That looks really good.

How did you prep prior to painting? Any issue with it flaking at all? Car wash resistant?

I just taped it off and cleaned it well after scuffing it with a scotch-brite pad. It's been two years, two Michigan winters and dozens of car washes with zero chipping. I sprayed from two feet away or so and it came out with a nice texture.

kokautoparts.com is where I got mine from and it fits very good.

you can choose letter color and also have the option for the raptor style lights as well.

I bought the black valence on ebay for 30 bucks and then got a can of high temperature paint to give this a little shine and durability because I noticed the one I have is just dull. I got these letters from taco vinyl, I am not super thrilled about them but will give it a go and see. If it doesn't hold I think I go back to stock and leave it alone. As you see, it is on floo....and with no time to get out there to put it on. Will share later

$150 for this? Any complaints and are there pre-slotted spaces for the letters? Looks great:hattip:

no complaints whatsoever, only thing I suggest is leave the upper grill portion off while putting it on I didn’t and had to take the top portion back off to get the top tape backing off. There are “slots” for the letters they are actually little dimples but make sure you pre-fit them before peeling the backing off the tape to make sure they are the right way. If you order with the raptor lights the grill portion and black “sleeve” come in one box and I think the letters and lights came separate packages as well. But it has been great so far and the tape adhered really well no complaints like other people have had on different vendors items
