DRL’s not working

    Remote start but more to come
    2016 forerunner with manual lights trying to figure out where the relay for the DRL’s is I’ve looked at the fuse box schematics and can’t figure out which one it is there anybody out there that knows
    I have the truck in gear daytime running lights selected emergency break off and got nothing

    Yes it’s preowned in the previous owner put fog lights in the front end I can see the wiring thanks for the heads up I’ll check it out and report back

    Emmantik I Think you win the cigar I pulled the relay and one pin is bent up out-of-the-way I’ll get it straightened out when I get home tonight and report back thanks for pointing me in the right direction

    If the previous owner put LED bulbs in the high beam headlights you will probably get annoying pulsating light when in DRL mode.
    If so, re-install the OEM halogen 9005 high beams, or for better output try the modified 9011 bulbs.

    2014 Neglected by the previous owners 2020 is an abused former rental... 2023 New I've been buying above my pay grade ☹️
    I had a similar problem with my 2014. The relay pins were not straight. It would sometimes work, sometimes not...

    I have stopped using the DRLs on my 2020 and have put LEDs in my headlights and just leave the headlights on all the time. They shut off automatically when I pull the key and open the door. It is a fanless design off of Amazon and I am not totally confident that they will last. It is worth the shot though (2-year "warranty"). They are about the same brightness as my 2-year-old halogen H11-LL Sylvania lights, but the contrast is better.
