    alert text or say them through blue tooth like it used to? Calls come in still? I did something here or another 4Runner site about updating the etune. I know W/my 2015 Tacoma Verizon guy told me the vehicles can't keep up W/phone updates:notsure:

    You might have to unpair the phone and reconnect. Should have the option there to select during set up.

    Just watched a you tube & it may be that my iphone didn't have "Show Notification" selected on. I have to try it out.

    I'm pretty sure there's an option you select when you set it up. I kinda had the same thing happen and had to unpair/pair the phone again to get it back to working. I just can't remember if the option was on the radio side or the phone when selecting. Mines a 2019, not sure how different they are year to year as far as that goes.
