Exactly what I did. Ran the Bilsteins for nearly 4 years until last month. I wanted my build to be near the end until I finally went all in on whichever shocks I decided. I am also a huge Elka fan, was initially going to go with them but at their price point, adjusters and resis, they were about if not more than my custom Kings

I had wanted a 2.5” lift in front, 2” in rear. I never measured before (unfortunately). So keeping 1 1/2” of the factory rake was fine with me for when the car is loaded with gear. Here are my current measurements:
    21 1/2 DF
    21 6/8 RF
    24 7/8 DR
    24 1/2 RR
I’ve measured it multiple times on surfaces, it’s always about the same. A little lower in the front driver, higher rear driver. Plus the rake is higher than it was originally coming out of the shop.

I know the shop opened the valves, they said they did a kdss reset. We opened the valves when installing the treaty oak spacers because that’s what all the directions say to do.

Here's my measurements from my Ironman FCP (2.25in front (original 2.5 reduced to 2.25) + 1.5in rear) lift measurement on my 2019 Limited (regular swaybar / no KDSS).

What front and rear Dobinson springs did you go with?

I have the c59-302 front springs
    C59-325 rear springs
Dobinsons is suggesting I change the rear springs to lower the back to the 505 (1/2” drop) or 599 (1” drop) in rake.

It definitely seems like a different rear spring would help with the rake. Any settling should have happened by now.

If you're not already working with @Crikeymike , he's the Dobs expert around here. He can probably add some more insight.

Weird that your driver side is lower than the passenger side up front with KDSS. Usually it’s the other way around, but did install any spacers? (besides the Treaty Oak)

Based on Dobinsons specs, your numbers seem low up front for C59-302 and more in line with C59-300. But I know vehicles hub to fender measurements varying abit and maybe yours was sub 20” from the start.

I didn’t install the lift myself, but it looked great when it left the shop about 5k miles ago. It has definitely “settled” lower in front and higher in back from where it was initially. I don’t believe the shop installed any other spacers, they did a kdss reset? Not exactly sure what that means. We did the treaty oak spacers ourselves, hoping to correct the lean and rake issues that started.

@Crikeymike hi there! I know I didn’t buy my suspension set from you, but any advice would be much appreciated!!

I had the exact same issue as the OP on my 2022 TRD ORP w/KDSS. I installed Dobinson C59-296 1.5" front coils and C59-323 stock height rear coils + 15mm spacers on the rear. I was told a 1/4" spacer would be required on the passenger side front for vehicles equipped with KDSS. The install went very well and I followed instructions on how to equalize the KDSS system when installing a lift. Regardless, my lift results were a little skewed. After it settled, my driver side front ended up .5" lower than the passenger front. I equalized the KDSS system again but it did not help. I ended up installing a 1/4" spacer on the driver side front and the result was spot on..

Lean clearly visible after lift installed (before driver side spacer install)

The shop open the KDSS valve and was not able to adjust it to be leveled? I haven't seen in my own eyes but the shop I go to here in CO has done it before and very confident on correcting KDSS lean. According to my friend there said 1.5in - 2in lift on KDSS should not be a height that cannot fix KDSS lean.

Edit - I miss read it. Looks like the issue is solved with .5in spacer. Nice.

Yes, the spacer worked for me too! I went back to the shop that installed my lift. They put a 1/2” spacer on the driver front, and it’s noticeable how much better it is. Whew! I think that fixed the lean finally.
I still feel like the back springs settled a bit too high, but I want to keep some rake for when it’s loaded with gear. I am happy with the results, and I literally love the ride quality with my Dobinsons set up.

My Dobinsons 'stock height' real coils gave me an inch of lift..
