How long at the port?

If you don’t mind me asking, what %’s are you seeing for people with perfect credit for 72 month new auto loans?

 

How goes the road trip?

 

I'm not a dealer but I can tell you, my credit union, USAA is 3.49% with a 72 month new car loan and automatic payment withdrawal. If you don't do auto payment its 3.74% I know because I'm waiting on a 22 TRD Pro to arrive (in 2 weeks, so I'm loan shopping)

 

My credit union, for new car loans with great credit score: 2.94%.
It’s a sliding scale for different loan durations and credit scores, up to 6.94%.

 

Was curious as I hear how they are going up with mortgage rates as well, I got mine at 2.15 % through capital one in December.

 

Yes, they are. I got one for 1.89% through USAA, 72 months in February. Sucks but it is what it is lol

 

To get some perspective it’s interesting to look at historical mortgage rates over a few decades. I bought my first home in 1984 when rates were 15%.
Now *that* required some severe budgeting and sacrifice!

yes…credit unions typically have much better rates
plus refinance rates are always superior to initial finance rates

know your credit situation…before you purchase

Yeah my salesperson didn't know either. I did get my first Toyota app alert this morning so at least that means it's moving It's only got 1 port installed option; black badging and that's it. I didn't ask for a lot lol

 

We locked in our credit rate yesterday morning at 3.49%, 72 months with USAA and this is with an 850+ credit score. Then later that afternoon my bf said that the Federal Reserve raised rates again. Glad we did it when we did and it's good for a month and my 4runner should be arriving in the next few weeks (fingers crossed).

Weird thing is 53 pounds on tire pressure

 

Oh that makes sense. I haven't seen the detail of what my notifications were for, I've gotten 6 in the past two days. I've only got 1 mile on the odometer and no tire pressure showing. I only had 1 port installed option, so not sure what all of the notifications are for

 

I put down a deposit in March for a 22 ORP...
Allocation May 22nd,
Shipped June 6th
Arrived in the Port (Newark) July 12th
Arrived at the dealer July 21st
Picked up from dealer July 22nd

Got it for $500 below MSRP

Still waiting Allocation for the BMW ordered in May for the wife. Hopefully the Aug WILL have the new 2023 build!!!! She's getting PO'd saw a Mercedes in parking lot she said could be a re-placement. But that may be in the same holding pattern. We'll see.

question. Last week the app was showing mileage and I was getting notifications. Today everything disappeared on my app. No mileage, no gas level…just says N/A like it did 2 weeks ago. That doesn’t signal a problem does it?

 

Don’t know …maybe try to remove vehicle then add again

 

Apparently there was an issue with the app yesterday. It still hasn't corrected itself but I got confirmation that its awaiting ground transportation right now. So hopefully end of this week or next, fingers crossed.

The toyota app. You can enter your vehicles VIN# and it will send you notifications about your vehicle (i.e. doors open etc).

 

It lets you do that for a vehicle you dont own yet?

 

yes it does. But I already own mine bc I’ve gotten the loan already
