The UHMW gives some leeway. I'm sure I could get a less dense material from my supplier if you were interested!

Which sport wheels? The 6 spoke?

I'm trying to decide those 4th gen sports or SCS F5's. Or keep my 6spoke FJ's when I need new tires? What you think?

Yeah grille would have to go, for a 6spd already lifted 6 inches on 35s it's a good price, I don't totally love red but I could learn to

These Truecar.com ads drive me nuts... The Asian dude saying "you don't know if you're getting a good deal or not." Bitch please! You should know by now that you can easily play dealers off of each other. Go to dealer ABC, beat them up on a price, get a written quote, take it to dealer DEF and repeat. It's fun to do that too :D

Good to hear. You notice anything? I didn't notice crap after I got mine on

Hmmm that sounds interesting...I'll have to think it over. So your material is between poly and delrin? I know delrin is so hard it has to be machined

Any idea if your material squeaks? I know poly squeaks like a herd of dying rats and delrin has minimal/no squeaks

I didn't notice any difference. Which is fine by me I just wanted to make it not tighter than a Mormon on prom night when I drooped out.

I've machined Delrin. It's a bitch, but still flexible sorta haha. It shouldn't squeak. I have 3" UHMW stock I can machine up to whatever thickness you need! Though I think the body mounts are wider than my bodylifts. Give me measurements and dimensions and I can make you a set for a decently reduced price compared to poly bushings

Lost power for a while today, got it back. Decided I'd play some GTA. Just got a nice white FJ, black wheels, offroad tires, pretty cool stuff. Now it's off to AmmuNation to get some sniper rounds and shotgun shells. At least now I can pretend to expo!

rear is so much harder than fronts. Its a pain but i use a small claw grabber and a good size flat head screwdriver and get a system going. Still a pain however.

Had mine been held on my decades of rust then I wouldn't have even considered doing this till my brakes went bad

Definitely waiting till I get another set of hands around to do this project. Good to know I'll be getting more than 3 turns on the lugs soon though.

The front lug nuts take a laughably long time to unthread now lol

sooooo big coolant leak out of the bottom of the radiator, drivers side. dried coolant in the fins, its not so good. Gonna try stop leak, then I'll go from there. Did give me an opportunity to clean up a ton of rust when i tore the underside apart to check it out
