Anyone with a 10 to 13 Trail, or anyone with a 10 to 13 Trail roof rack, how did you mount your awning to the stock rails?

I have an awning that I want to mount up to the stock rack, just wondering if anybody came up with some clever solutions. I know G-Zilla makes some cool brackets, but couldn't confirm if they fit the early Trail rack.

The side rails, or the crossbars?

Thanks for the info. Looks like that price is each? Those are a little spendy. And what did you do, just bolt the L brackets from the awning on to those? I might just drill holes in my stock cross bars to mount the L brackets too.

I am guessing so. I had bought my set 4 years ago and they were significantly cheaper.

Yeah, just 2 or 3 bolts from the L bracket to the crossbars. I have heard people drilling their stock crossbars but I wouldn't personally risk that. I guess it depends on the type of terrain you plan to see, but you may want to think about reinforcing the crossbar where you drill. I haven't had the stock rack for awhile but I want to think those cross bars were thin and hallow. Just my $0.02
