Does 2018 come with LED front turn signals?

Howzit? My girlfriend just picked up a 2018 off road premium today, and the turn signals are flashing fast. I'm a custom motorcycle fabricator and install leds with resistors all the time, so it's nothing new to me, but I just want to determine if it is in fact just after market leds that's causing it so I can just add the resistors without extra trouble shooting. The front ones are dual color composite leds with the forward projector, and white running light leds that turn amber with the turn signal. Pretty much like every led bulb looks like that's popped up from searching for 5th gen 4runner front turn signals. The fog lights are also led.

I'm just trying to figure out if stock were halogen and if these sound like aftermarket upgrades. Thanks for any help.

 

Stock are halogen.

 

Some dumbass previous probably put LED bulbs in without proper resistors and its causing the hyper flash. Check all 4 corners and replace with halogens.

I like the led look and was going to upgrade anyway if they weren't already. I'll just wire in the resistors. I already have some in my shop anyway.
