    Hey all,

I just pulled the trigger on a C4 Low Profile Bumper and was wondering if anyone is running this on their stock pro suspension? If so, did you get any noticeable "sag" on the front-end? I'm not planning on adding a winch, just a 30" light bar to keep total weight to a minimum. Any feedback and/or insight would be very much appreciated :)

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi
mine lost about 3/4 of an inch, but that's with the roof rack, sliders, skidd plates and low pro bumper with a winch.

How much does that bumper weigh? Put a child or something similar in weight and sit it on the forward most part of the hood or bumper. THere is your answer. Roof rack wont change it since the majority of it is reward of the midpoint line. A winch will cause the most droop. Skids will affect it very marginally, again, due to placement. A truly full bumper and winch would see roughly a ~1" drop.

the bumper is 110lbs, winch 67lbs for 180 lbs.

your right in saying that the skids, sliders and roof rack have the weight spread out, but it does compress the coils on all four point of the truck.

C4 states it weighs 75lbs.... question is how much does the OEM pieces that must be removed for installation weigh.

yep your right, 75 lbs, my bad. I had 110lbs in mind because I was thinking of adding the high clearance addition, they come in at at 35 lbs ( 75+35 )

Put a 75lb kid on the front of the hood. Bingo. There's your answer.

I don't think it'll sag much. But if it does sag, just had a 1/4" , 3/8" or 1/2" front top hat spacers. Cheap and easy

Do you having any side profile pictures you could share? Curious to see how it looks from that angle.

Great suggestion! Unfortunately I don't have any 75lb kids or weights sitting around but I may be able to find something comparable. I don't plan on adding a winch, just a 30" light bar, so I'm estimating it will be ~85lbs or so.

I'd hate to have to mess with the stock pro suspension (love the way it rides off road). I'm worried adding a spacer might ruin that but it may be the only option if it does end up sagging too much.

I doubt a small spacer will do anything to your stock ride quality, not if it was 1.5" spacer or larger yes you ride would be shit, but with a 3/8" spacer(adds 3/4" lift) you won't notice anything other then no more sagging

BLACKT4RPRO you are right the tires do fill up the wheel wells, so it is hard to notice the sag. Honestly I'm not sure you would notice that much of a difference, what you will notice is a little more nose dive when braking.
