    This was a great one, because I asked a question hear the other day specifically about UCAs that he answered in this one. I was concerned that the larger springs on 2.5-in body shocks may contact the stock UCA, but according to this video I should be all set.

    What I was told by the 4x4 shop with regard to UCA hitting was depending on the shock travel that stock UCA would come in contact. They said no for even smaller 2in body Toytec, ELKA and Fox shocks.

    It’s good to know that factory UCA/ball joints are more than adequate for most applications.
