LED in the low beams suck terribly, get HID's for low beams.

I converted my low beams to Philips Standard H9's huge difference and only $20

Hey guys I just upgraded my headlights to Auxbeam s3 lights. They put out a very white light which I love, my question is should I replace the weather cover on the low beams? The LEDs have a fan to keep them cool but didn't know if replacing the cap would cause some over heating or melting.
