Is anyone familiar with the 8112s? I’m trying to install a set on my 4runner and the driver side reservoir seems to be clocked in the wrong position. It’s supposed to lay flat, but it’s pointed up. So when I go to mount it against the frame the reservoir hose gets all bound up. The passenger side went in without and issues.

Assuming that the whole system is under pressure. So I don’t think I can crack the fitting next to the reservoir and rotate it right?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What it’s supposed to look like. This is the passenger side.

That looks correct to me actually… found a photo of my install. The connector on the shock body rotates, so you should be able to get rid of the kink.

I ended up cracking that fitting and rotating the reservoir. The elbow is still not lined up 100%, but I at least got it to work.
