Hey guys, looking to see someone setups of people running lightbars behind the grill with the sensor that’s attached for safety breaking cruise control. I want to get one installed but can’t figure out which particular brand offers one that will give the clearance.
    Thanks
    Go America!!!

I had a 30" Diode Dynamics Stage LED light bar behind the grill of my 2014 Tacoma and loved it. I fully intended to swap it over to my 2021 T4R, but the sensor array eliminated any chance of that. I temporarily installed a set of Cibie Oscar halogen driving lights on Rago Fabrications brackets. They work quite well, but are scheduled to be replaced with a pair of Diode Dynamics SS5 driving lights as soon as they start shipping them.

I know right! I'm trying to not buy one of those slimline bumpers (as I don't really need it or the extra weight). One thing my research has come across was the CaliRaised bracket.

    https://caliraisedled.com/products/...hidden-grille-led-light-bar-mounting-brackets

This might work as you can mount two light bars stacked on top of eachother if you don't have the front radar. So i'm thinking you could run just the lower bar with the radar but I'm hoping someone else has done it first to confirm this would work out. :D

here's the link to the full kit for anyone else interested.

This looks like it’s going to be the right clearance we need.

But the OP specifically asked about brackets for use with the sensor array.

Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
The Caliraised Light Bar behind the grill mount should work just fine behind the sensor.
You will have a small black spot but I doubt you will notice it in the light projected in front of the vehicle.

This is a Tacoma with Caliraised light bar behind the sensor.

The bull bar of my Warn Winch bumper partially blocking my Caliraised behind the grill light bar. The light bar lights up my dark mile long private road, just fine.

Nice examples. I appreciate that. I would remove it if I didn’t have to worry about insurance issues and I enjoy cruise control since my daily drives to and from work are all highway mileage. From the scenery in your 4Runner pic, I’m thinking you’re in the pacific north west?

Missouri Ozarks so South West Missouri. That was from the summertime. All the trees are bare right now and everything is brown.

Looks beautiful, I’ll say that much. And I should have noticed by the front plates. Oregon and Washington plates are noticeable when I see them
