Based on the amount of threads about oil change intervals on this site I think regular maintenance is a mystery to most. If only there was a book that told us exactly when and how to do maintenance... who ever invented that would be a millionaire.

 

You mean like the owners manual?

I agree the video doesn’t tell much more than we already know, but you have to keep in mind that his audience is more than just us OCD Toyota fan boys, myself included.

I do value input from an actual professional Toyota mechanic too.

 

That book is already in your glove box.

I assume you get an owner's manual with these things anyway, still waiting on mine, lol

 

Only thing that was a bit surprising to me was the recommendation to us PS fluid vs ATF for the power steering pump. I’ll have go look but I thought ATF was specd for the 4Runner.
