To the factory rack holes. The front two are either no drill (like the Prinsu) or you drill holes.

put my gf's daughter to work and she cleaned the 4runner interior. it was in bad shape but she did a great job! I also caved and bought/installed the salex ocd center console organizer and tray...added about 3HP, totally worth it!

Will be starting a build thread for my Trail and I’ll put details on the install in there. Wasn’t too difficult does require some cutting and hole drilling though

Yesterday my factory JBL Entune system got a message saying entune no longer supported, please use the "toyota app". However, in the toyota app, the section that connects you to the "infotainment" app suit doesn't work. It would crash and loop back to the main screen over and over. I called toyota this morning (800)331-4331, endured this automated voice system from hell, and got to speak with a live rep. Long story short, it's a problem toyota is aware of for Android users of their app, and they are working on it. If your having this problem, it's a good idea to. call them about it, so they can add your name to the list or customers effected. We use the entune for weather maps, have it read text messages while driving, yelp, iheart radio, navigation, etc. I wish toyota would have left entune working till they got the bugs out of "the toyota app". Oh wait, that would require a commosense approach.

I had one of these on my 2017 JKU. AEV is as good as it gets for Jeeps. First one to commercially produce a hemi powered JKU, from the factory around 2010.

After searching through Toyota's weird categories, I found the OEM steel skid plate "under cover" [18] (51405-60220) under radiator support, and the "under cover bolt" [20] is part (90080-11373).

From the diagram, I'm not certain those same bolts go with the access cover [21] (51457-60030) which belongs with the skid plate [19] (51450-60050).

I had found those on Etsy but I was very frustrated with them. They were not cut to size and were a royal pain in the butt to put one being much larger than the window. I see some on Amazon that are cut to size for the window and wish I had gone with those. Plan on installation taking much longer than you anticipate. It took me about 1.5 hours for the first one and about an hour for the second one.

Oh. I thought you meant the roof rack. I have a RiGD carrier. Goes in the hitch mount (you don’t lose the hitch). No cutting or drilling required.

Specifically, what I'm lookin for are the bolts that hold #21 to #19 in that diagram. There are two of them, I need one. 12mm hex-head.

Following that "Seal, Under Cover" part further into the parts list of "related items" I find this.... https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem/toyota~bolt-w-washer~90119-08a33.html. Note it says "replaced by 90080-11373... so I'm hopeful it will still be the same bolt.

Seriously. Im doin the “kindergartner waiting in line for the bathroom” dance over here.

Also I think its against the rules to post a pic of a unique rear spare carrier, and then simply walk away. Frankly, I feel played with. :boink: :angrygirl:

It’s like Top Gun: Part Deux. Hollywood says: here is a movie for you, but then it tells me “no! you can not have the movie. No movie for you. You must a wait”.

And @K-Paul, Im looking at you too Mister…with your picture of that rack shaped bumper box, leaving us to guess…I was in the dark at least 20min!!!

I changed my oil a couple months ago, and I don't remember if they're the same bolt. There are no other bolts listed for that diagram though. Oddly out of the whole diagram, they only provide 2 real pictures of the parts, the bolt being one of them.

Ha... Yep. I'm finding that the nuts, bolts, screws, etc are not easily connectable with the parts they secure. However, I've taken this as a challenge and will let the forum know once I get the bolts if they work. I'm certain these are semi-hi-fail or need-to-be-replaced-frequently items. I have 4 of them on order. will report back.

    Changed engine oil and filter.
So glad I changed my rear diff oil also. Fluid was black. Went with Royal Purple.
Cleaned/chased skid plate bolt holes and added anti-seized.
    Rotated tires.
Cleaned cabin filter. Somewhat dirty. Should be a one year replacement interval.
Engine air filter is still very clean.
    4,960 miles. 6 months old.

Been puttering around doing electrical stuff... the center of the dash and the console are in pieces while I'm installing an ICS Dash Mount and replacing the 12v socket with a dual USB, and installing a LED in the console lid. Also made up a harness for full 12v DRL power, and got it installed... haven't smoke tested it yet.

Also, whilst the shift knob is off, I dealt with that nasty chrome shift lever. The Ellis matte black knob is sweet, but the remainder of the shaft below it was really bugging me. In what may be the cheapest interior mod ever, I found that a piece of 3/8 heat shrink slipped over said shaft, and shrunk works perfectly!

Pictures once I get it reassembled...

The diff oil is black because of the additives in it. Everyone's is from the factory.

Nah. I like to follow my own service intervals. Plan to keep vehicle for 10 years or more. I put 5k miles in 6 months. 10k miles a year.
