Did you all have a stock filter or shroud on the secondary air injection pump as well?

I did the anytime fog mod on my 2013 Tacoma, which was super simple. I've wanted to do this on my 4R, but am too intimidated by the job...

Agreed, one snip on my tundra and fog lights anytime. Like disarming a boom, 4R is like building one. Not that I know anything about that, seen it in movies.

Very nice. Thought of a similar pair (with exhausting fans each) and a cage in the rear window for leaving the dogs inside. Like a mobile climate-controlled dog house. But then thought, someone, somewhere, would NOT appreciate it and it becomes a bigger problem.

No sweat man, you'll be fine doing everything. Yes those taps from the link you put will be perfect. Those just look different than the 3m ones but they do the same thing. if you have those, use them and save the few bucks on the other ones.

It really is a simple mod man. I am NOT an electrical guy because it just scares me and i have a fear of messing something up and burning my 4runner to the ground lol. But this is so simple and there are two extra fuses and that relay switch keeps everything even safer. If you did it on your tacoma then i bet there was some similar steps with wiring right?

once you have the parts from start to finish it is under an hour (took me 30 min). Just read the write up a few times, gather your little parts list and lay it all out and double check you have everything and then have fun.

IIRC, the Tacoma mod consisted of a 6" jumper wire spliced to an existing wire, then bending a tab on the existing fog light relay and connecting the new wire to the bent tab - there were no other wires or additional relays or fuses needed. Quite different. Do you have the link to Antman's installation?

Ahh ok, was not sure if tacomas were similar to this one. The beauty of this one is that it keeps the factory fog switch and you dont have to run anything new or any new switches through the dash.

    Here is the link.

The Tacoma mod used the factory switch also, and the light on the dash still worked. The mod only changed when you could have it on, which was anytime.

Right on! The little green light indicator doesnt bother me one bit but it might some folks. I just feel the switch or look at the road since i am running the Diode Dynamics, they are pretty obvious when they are on lol.

Having issues installing my Cali Raised Led rock sliders. the bolts that run through the spacers in the pictures are giving me a problem. the spacer is taller than the hole the little hook goes into so even when I tighten the bolt down I don't see how it will clamp to the frame. I am thinking I need to cut the spacer but not sure. I am waiting for CaliRaised to get back to me.

Scored 2 sets of spidertrax spacers on ebay for $140 shipped. Put them on and began the trimming. Now rubs the tip of the body mount at full crank in reverse on a slope next is a BMC.

I faced an issue with the 2021 TRD Pro head unit today. Sadly no proof video.

I was using Toyota navigation while playing using with USB storage. I got a call and I was not able to answer the call from headunit touch screen or steering wheel answer button.

No big deal, first time face the problem, but something I will remember to record if possible if I face the problem again.
