Lifted 95 4runner?

I bought this 95 4x4 4runner and cant tell if it's lifted. The guy I brought from doesnt know either he he knows is rims are 15in with 33in wheels. I was wondering if you could those with the factory lift or if it had to be lifted for them. I was gonna get a new rear bumper but its built to order for nonlift or up to the a 3in lift. Ive attached pics that I have of it at the moment. I won't have better pics of it until I go pick it up later this week.

 

Yes, I would think it was lifted. From my understanding, the max tires size you could fit without a lift are 32's. There is too much of a gap between the body and tires for there not to be. Can you post a picture of the front and rear suspension?

Are you sure those tires are 33's? There is some serious sagging with those rear springs which is normal for the stock springs on the 2nd Gen.

 

Your guess is as good as mine he said he went to the tire shop up the road from his house told them he wanted 33s on 15 rims and that's what supposedly is on it now.

Yes but im out if state working its at the house couldn't get the plates in time
