Roof rack issues

    Off-road front bumper, Sherpa ‘needle’ roof rack
    I recently had a shop install an aftermarket roof rack on my 5th gen SR5 4Runner. I warned them about careful removal of the existing rack bolts together on each connection point so they don’t lose the retaining sleeves inside the roof however I suspect one did get lost cause I hear something rolling around in the roof intermittently. Is it possible/easy to remove the headliner to get that bolt out?
